Payless Garden Rooms can provide you with a visually stunning and practical garden room, which can be adapted to fit your needs whether you need an office, gym, playroom, or overnight guest room.
All our garden rooms are fully insulated and kitted out with electrics, heating, lighting and flooring. Whatever your requirements, Payless Garden Rooms can make and install a garden studio of any shape or size to meet your needs.
How are our garden
rooms constructed?

Floor, Base and
Walls
Flooring:
4×2 treated timber. 25mm foiled back insulation, sandwiched between 9mm & 18mm OSB3 and 12mm laminated oak effect flooring.
Base:
4″ concrete base with reinforcing concrete fibers.
Walls:
Our garden rooms are built just like timber frame houses with the same size timber and breather membrane.
Timber is 4×2 studding covered with 9mm OBS board and insulated with 50mm insulation, which is the same as is used in modern buildings.

The Finish
Internal Finish
Walls will be plaster boarded and plastered ready for the customer to finish in paint of their choice.
Laminate flooring:
Skirting boards are then fitted to complete the finish.
External Finish:
Externally, garden rooms are finished with a choice of
cladding:
- 40mm tantalised log-lap finish
PVC wood-grain cladding in a choice of colours.
- Natural cedar cladding with an expected 40-year lifespan without further treatment.
Cedar room finish:
Your cedar room will be sanded with very fine sandpaper to give it the best finish possible then oiled with a protective covering.

WINDOWS AND DOORS
We provide new high quality A rate double glazed windows and doors in light oak, anthracite grey or white with a 70mm profile.
DECKING
The front of your garden room can be fitted with a decking area for you to sit in and relax.
ELECTRICS
The electrical installation will be carried out by a fully qualified electrician and will be fully certified.
